Albany County Land Bank returns 800th property
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Albany County Land Bank put its 800th property back on the market this month.
The Land Bank takes vacant, abandoned or tax foreclosed properties, repairs them, and puts them into the hands of new owners.
The county’s not-for-profit land bank was started in 2014.
